One of the most important aspects of healthy living is proper nutrition. Our bodies need a balanced diet of nutrients to function optimally, and a diet that is high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can lead to a host of health problems, including obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. To maintain a healthy diet, focus on eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
