I started a support group for women with Uterine fibroid about 4 years ago. using the combination of our ever effective Longrich supplements and a healthy living plan. Especially for those who can’t afford the surgery or outrightly refuse to go for it.
So On the 7th of March, 2020, we will be starting our 14th class, exclusively for women with uterine fibroids. We have amazing meal plans and recipes, follow up calls, One-on-One with coach, daily encouragements, support from other women who have overcome fibroid, videos and health ebooks to help you on this journey.
This group is also open to women who have had surgery but are avoiding a regrowth, Women battling Obesity, Women who want to live the healthy lifestyle to avoid the chances of developing fibroid.
